The Moon has a slightly elliptical orbit of Earth, so sometimes it’s slightly smaller or larger in the sky. This “Pink Moon” puts our satellite into the perfect position to cause a solar eclipse half-an-orbit later-and it’s the most special kind possible. That’s because when the Moon does reach that position it can block the Sun. However, every half a year it crosses the path of the Sun-a line in the sky known as the ecliptic, and for a good reason. The Moon moves around our planet in an orbital path a few degrees inclined to the path of the Sun through our daytime sky. Why will the ‘Pink Moon’ cause a total solar eclipse? All is well, and all is well.Ĭoming to the weekend, we have XXI Perception guiding us through Friday and Saturday, and into Sunday morning too. We’ll reach our destiny in divine timing. We are encouraged to enjoy the journey, and if we need to, know it’s safe to take some time to rest, repair and recharge. Perseverance and persistence don’t have to be hard or monotonous work. We’ve made some very real and tangible progress in our lives, and it’s time to keep going. Slow and steady wins the race, and as we shed our winter woolies and lighten up, we are blessed with a happy and rewarding outcome. Moving to the middle of the week, Wednesday and Thursday, we get to relish in those full moon energies, with Four of Earth. This is how your spirit tells you your purpose. Pull out your journal and record your insights. The early week is a good time to meditate, pray and contemplate. We are reminded that where we are is exactly where we are meant to be. Take some time to come out of these murky depths and embrace the light. Sometimes it feels like our Destiny remains hidden, like the roots of the lotus plant, deep in the muddy waters. We have a burning desire to feel of use, to discover our purpose and to delight in our natural gifts and talents. XVI Destiny guides us through the rest of Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. A good week to get stuck into the Spring cleaning (or Fall cleaning for our antipodean friends.) But what do the cards have to say about all this energy? Destiny speaks. Don’t give your power away by being fearful, and know that any projects started before the retrograde will just tick along swimmingly.įull moon energy brings us the perfect opportunity to clear our clutter, and this is physical as well as the mental/emotional baggage. ![]() But it isn’t, it’s just time to be cautious about new projects and signing contracts.
